York Auction Centre had 147 head of stock through the market including 20 calves, 102 store cattle, 6 cows & calves and 14 Pedigree Cattle at their weekly Store Stock market.
Steers sold to £1065 for a Limousin from Rory Kemp Ltd.
Heifers sold to £1040 for a Limousin and also an Aberdeen Angus X, both from Rory Kemp Ltd.
Bulls sold to £970 for a Charolais X from R W Inglis.
Cows sold to £1080 for a Limousin from J B Potter & Sons.

The top priced Bull was a Blonde D’Aquitaine presented by K & A C Jackson & Son, Doncaster and sold to W Chapman & Sons, Swillington for 3,000gns. Top Priced Female was a Simmental from J Pick, Scarthingwell, sold to S & S Hough, Pontefract for 1150gns.
